Swami Satyananda Saraswati and his dog


        There is a lovely story about Swami Satyananda Saraswati and his dog, the very closest companion of his last years.He said this very special dog was a former disciple who chose to be this dog to be near him again.....If this is possible, I do not know...but look at the photo .... such beautiful eyes. Pranayama


Mother did not encourage Pranayama in the Ashram. She Herself had done Pranayama after reading Swami Vivekananda’s book on Raja Yoga. But, in the Ashram She did not encourage it.
